Step on the brake pedal: When the driver steps on the brake pedal, the brake pedal will transmit force to the brake master cylinder through the lever system

1、 The working principle of the car brake system
The working principle of a car brake system mainly includes the following steps:
1. Step on the brake pedal: When the driver steps on the brake pedal, the brake pedal will transmit force to the brake master cylinder through the lever system.
2. Pressure generated by brake master cylinder: After receiving force, the brake master cylinder will generate hydraulic pressure. This pressure will be transmitted to the brake wheel cylinder through the brake oil pipe.
3. Brake wheel cylinder pushes brake pads: After receiving hydraulic pressure, the brake wheel cylinder will push the brake pads to make contact with the brake disc.
4. Friction between brake pads and brake discs: Friction is generated when brake pads come into contact with brake discs. This frictional force will prevent the rotation of the wheels, thereby achieving braking.
5. Release the brake: When the driver releases the brake pedal, the pressure in the brake master cylinder will disappear, the brake wheel cylinder will no longer push the brake pads, the brake pads will separate from the brake disc, and the wheels will resume rotation.
